WELCOME
I have over 20 years of experience working in both child and adult mental health settings as a Systemic & Family Psychotherapist and as a Clinical Lead of multi disciplinary/multi modality Psychological Therapy teams in the NHS.
In addition to being a fully qualified Systemic Psychotherapist and Accredited supervisor I have also trained in other approaches such as, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Couples Therapy for Depression (CTfD); Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR); Mentalization; Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET); Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
I have led NHS Teams and Services through re-configuration and transformation processes and the creation and establishment of new NHS Services.
I have now left the NHS and I am working privately.
THERAPY
I am available to see individuals; couples or families in my private therapy practice located in Bushey Hertfordshire.
SUPERVISION
If you are a trainee or qualified therapist looking for supervision.
ORGANISATIONS
I am available for consultation and/or training for businesses and organisations around organisational change, team building; inclusivity; gender; power; effective communication and leadership.
LECTURING & TRAINING
I am an experienced lecturer and module organiser; trainer and supervisor and I am available as a visiting guest lecturer or as a course organiser/ supervisor.
